Under the steady hand of Executive Director Wil McCall, the Dallas Leadership Foundation has grown dramatically and is making a huge difference by training people to be leaders. This training takes places in some unlikely places: neighborhoods, schools, and even prisons. DLF identifies, affirms, and equips leaders, showing them how to leverage their inherent strengths so that systematic change grows organically within their communities. DLF helps community leaders develop their youth, provide meaningful support for the previously incarcerated, improve the physical conditions of neighborhoods, and generate funding for community projects.
