Chef Stephan Pyles, known worldwide for his innovative Southwestern cooking, went back to his West Texas roots to open Stampede 66, a spectacular restaurant in downtown Dallas serving Modern Texas Cuisine. To give the place some special atmosphere, Chef Pyles asked Bandana Films to shoot some real ranch life scenes for the giant screens around his place. We knew right where to go. Just outside Yoakum, Texas you’ll find the legendary Augustus Ranch, which has been in the Kaspar Family since 1890. Today, owner Dennis Kaspar, his wife Cordelia, and their four kids manage the ranch known for its amazing beef cattle which are raised 100% naturally with no hormones or antibiotics. Thanks to the Kaspars and their ranch hands for three unforgettable days at their amazing place.
